Main Venue
Our conference package includes arrival snacks, homemade iced tea or lemonade on arrival, a PA system and roving microphones, a sound engineer, catering, a barman and waiters, and a Banqueting Manager to oversee the function on the day. Venue hire is charged separately.
For smaller groups
Boutique Venue
The same conference package in a more intimate setting, with its own gardens and water features. An Executive Suite is available from 09:00 for organisers and executives to prepare or meet away from the function.

Buffet and sit-down options with a wide range of menus to suit specific dietary requirements. Our staff are professional, attentive and experienced, ensuring your event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Venue hire, plus your menu
Hire depends on the venue, season and day. Your coordinator, chapel, reception set-up, sound engineer and backup power come with it. Prices exclude VAT.

How many delegates can you host?
We host corporate events for 20 to 350 guests, in the Main Venue or, for smaller groups, the Boutique Venue.
What is included in a conference package?
For R950 per guest: arrival snacks, homemade iced tea or lemonade on arrival, a PA system and roving microphones, a sound engineer, catering, a barman and waiters, and a Banqueting Manager to oversee the function on the day. Venue hire is charged separately, and all rates exclude VAT.
Do you host year-end functions?
Yes. Year-end functions are priced like any event here: venue hire from R21 000, plus R950 per guest for the package. Your coordinator, Banqueting Manager, set-up, sound engineer and an Executive Suite come with it.
Is catering done in-house?
Yes. Every menu is prepared in our own kitchen, plated or semi-buffet, and your dietary requirements are confirmed in your quotation.
What happens if there is load-shedding?
Nothing changes for your event. The estate has a backup generator and a solar system, so the lights, sound and kitchen keep running.
Can we come and see the venue first?
Yes, by appointment. Viewings are Wednesday to Friday 09h00 to 15h00 and Saturday 09h00 to 12h00, and do not take place during a wedding. Book a viewing with our office first.
